Provincial police in Perth County are asking the public for help identifying a suspect in the theft of numerous items from a grocery store in Listowel.
The theft reportedly happened at the unnamed store around 11:30 a.m. on Sunday.
Perth County OPP released a photo of a "person of interest" on Wednesday. He is described as a Black man with an average build and short dark hair. He was wearing a black t-shirt with "Good Life" written on the back, black pants, a necklace and was carrying a green reusable bag.
A red Nissan SUV was also identified as a vehicle of interest in the investigation.
Police are asking anyone with information that could assist investigators to call police at 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
