Bruce County music star Owen Riegling will be taking the stage later this month at one of the province’s biggest country music events.
Mildmay's Owen Riegling has been announced as a performer at the Country Music Association of Ontario Awards on May 31, 2026 in Mississauga’s Port Credit community.
Riegling, a multi-award winner and 2026 nominee, has been building national momentum in recent years, including a recent debut at the Grand Ole Opry. At this year’s CMAOntario Awards, he is nominated for Single of the Year, Songwriter(s) of the Year, and Male Artist of the Year. He also took home five awards in 2025.
The CMAOntario Festival & Awards runs from May 29 to 31 at venues in Port Credit, with the awards show closing out the weekend at Port Credit Memorial Arena.
The event features a full lineup of performers, including Jason Blaine and Sam McDaid as hosts, along with previously announced acts such as Sully Burrows, Olivia Mae Graham, Jessica Sevier, Elyse Saunders, School House, Tyler Lorette, Cory Marks, Les Rats d’Swompe, and The Western Swing Authority.
