Huron Perth Children's Aid recognizes volunteers

The Huron Perth Children's Aid Society is making a point of thanking its many volunteers as part of National Volunteer Appreciation Week.

Trish Harris is the Volunteer Coordinator with the Huron-Perth Children's Aid Society

"Our volunteers play a vital role in everything that we do here," Harris explained. "They're providing support to families, children and youth every day."

The Society serves approximately 375 families each month and conducts more than 1,000 investigations each year. It also helps more than 90 children who are in the Society’s care.

Huron Perth CAS currently has just over 40 volunteers, but they are always on the lookout for more

"To learn more, you can visit our website at h-pcas.ca/volunteer," added Harris. "And once again, thank you to all our volunteers for everything that they do for us, and everyone in the community."
