Thieves take off with $3,000 worth of products from Mount Forest store

Two people made off with $3,000 worth of products from the Mount Forest Shoppers Drug Mart.

According to Wellington County OPP, officers responded at 10:45 a.m. on February 25 to a reported theft at the Shoppers on Main Street in Mount Forest.

Investigators determined that sometime between 6:15 and 6:30 p.m. on February 24, two unknown suspects concealed nearly $3,000 worth of medicinal products inside their jackets and left the store.

The first suspect is described as a White male, 5'8"-5'10", wearing a black/white toque with a pompom, black rimmed glasses, a long black puffer jacket, grey shirt, light blue jeans and tan shoes.

Suspect two is described as a White male, also 5'8"-5'10", wearing a grey toque with vertical lines, black rimmed glasses, a long grey jacket, a black quarter zip with white shirt underneath and grey sneakers with teal laces.

The vehicle they left in is described as a white four-door sedan.
