Goderich offers chance to design its Bicentennial logo

The Town of Goderich is looking for logo submissions for its upcoming bicentennial celebration.

The Town will celebrate 200 years since its founding in 2027, and residents are invited to put forward designs for the historical milestone.

Potential logos must include the word "Goderich," the number "200," and incorporate at least one of the town's colours: red, white and blue. (Additional contest rules can be found here.)

The contest is open to all ages.

The deadline for logo submissions is January 23 at 4 p.m. Entries must be submitted by email to jstoecker@goderich.ca.

Following that, there will be a public voting period from January 26 to 30.

The town's Bicentennial Committee will then make a recommmendation to council and the winning logo will be announced on February 10.
