Finally some results from the county!
Sherry Bondy has been re-elected Mayor with 5,288 votes, compared to Trevor Menard with 2,206.
Rob Shepley was acclaimed the Deputy Mayor.
The winners in Ward 1 are Katie McGuire-Blais and Joe Garon.
Ward 2 will be represented by Kim Verbeek once again.
Bill Baker and Ron Rogers won in Ward 3.
And Racheal Mills will represent Ward 4.
8:50 p.m.
Fred Francis, the former Windsor City Councillor in Ward 1, has a lead in the race for mayor. He's up with 47.44 per cent of votes counted so far. Drew Dilkens, the incumbent, is behind him with 37.2 per cent. Kat Pasquatch rounds out the top three with 9 per cent.
We are ready to declare Frazier Fathers the winner in Ward 2. He has 80 per cent of the vote so far with 10 of 15 polls reporting.
Another incumbent that is pulling ahead is Angelo Marignani in Ward 7. He has 68.8 per cent of the vote with 68 per cent of ballots counted.
Kieran McKenzie, Ward 9's incumbent councillor, is also enjoying a comfortable lead with 70 per cent of ballots counted.
A race is forming in Ward 10, but incumbent Jim Morrison is in third place. Adam Ibrahim and Mark Masanovich each have 34 per cent of the vote so far.
We are still waiting for results from the county.

No results yet in Essex County, but in Windsor, Drew Dilkens has the early lead in the race for mayor. It's not a big lead, just five votes so far against Fred Francis.
For council, early leaders are Darcie Renaud in Ward 1 with 31 per cent of the vote. Frazier Fathers, the incumbent in Ward 2, has 56 per cent of the vote so far, while Renaldo Agostino has an early lead in Ward 3.
Mike Burton has the lead on Chris Holt in Ward 4. Holt was the Ward 4 councillor before the last municipal election. He ran against Drew Dilkens and lost, so he's trying to make a comeback.
In Ward 5, Shane Potvin has the lead.
Nick Jirgens has a slight lead on Wendi Nicholson in Ward 6.
Angelo Marignani is in a tight race early on against Beth Ann Prince in Ward 7.
In Ward 8, Kevin Racine has the lead.
And in Ward 10, Jim Morrison, the incumbent in that ward, has the lead so far with 41 per cent of the vote.
That's with just 32 out of 85 polls reporting.

The polls are now closed and the results are expected to start trickling out soon.

The only local municipality that will definitely see a new mayor by the end of the night is Pelee Island. Cathy Miller decided not to run for re-election. There's two candidates running to replace her, Jaak Purres and Dave DeLellis.
There's 11 candidates for mayor in Windsor, but the race is anticipated to be between incumbent Drew Dilkens and current Ward 1 councillor Fred Francis, brother of former Windsor Mayor Eddie Francis. Kat Pasquatch is also a candidate to watch in that race.
There will be four new faces on Windsor City Council. In addition to the seat in Ward 1 being open with Fred Francis throwing his hat in the ring for Mayor, Mark McKenzie in Ward 4, Ward 5's Ed Sleiman, and Jo-Anne Gignac, the longest-serving member of city council, decided not to run again.
In the county, all mayoral incumbents are running for another term.
Long-time Tecumseh Mayor Gary McNamara is running against his current Deputy Mayor Joe Bachetti. Former MPP Cheryl Hardcastle is trying to make a return to Tecumseh Town Council by running in Ward 4 against Brian Houston.
LaSalle Incumbent Mayor Crystal Meloche is running against two other candidates, Shaun Dass and Michael Macri.
Current Essex County Warden and Leamington Mayoral candidate Hilda MacDonald has one competitor tonight, Cris Biron.
Amherstburg Mayoral incumbent Michael Prue is running for his second term tonight against Chris Gibb and Bill Fryer.
Lakeshore's Tracey Bailey, the incumbent in that municipality, is running for mayor against Sam Sinjari and Argo Pace.
Trevor Menard is running for mayor against incumbent Sherry Bondy in Essex.
And in Kingsville, mayoral incumbent Dennis Rogers is fighting for another term against Thomas Neufeld, Mary Ellen Havlik and Roshan Nallaratnam.
