The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad, also known as R.O.P.E., has reportedly arrested a 63-year-old man who is known to frequent Windsor and Essex County.
Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) announced just after 1 p.m. on Friday that Guy Fowler was arrested in Cobourg.
Fowler faces a long list of charges, including sexual assault of a person under 16, sexual interference, sexual exploitation, possession of child sexual abuse material, voyeurism, and failure to attend court.
He had also been known to frequent Cobourg and Northumberland County.
