Delisle, Zurawski combine for six goals to lead Attack over Guelph

The Owen Sound Attack were able to beat the Guelph Storm in an offensive shootout.

The two teams faced off in Guelph on Friday, with the Attack winning 10-7.

It took less than seven minutes for the Attack to score twice. The first goal was scored by Blake Munnings, his first in the OHL, and the second by Tristan Delisle.

Guelph would also score two goals in the first period, tying the game heading into the second frame.

The Attack would score three times in the middle period. Delisle would get his second of the game, followed by Harry Nansi and Pierce Mbuyi.

Guelph scored just once in the period, meaning the Attack had a 5-3 lead heading into the final frame.

The two teams would score nine goals in the period.

Delisle finished his hat-trick, Nansi got his second, while Cole Zurawski added three goals of his own.

Trenten Bennett gave up six of the goals in net for the Attack, while Carter George gave up one after coming into the game in the third period.

The win puts the Attack's record at 14-8-0-2.

The team is back in action on Saturday at home against the Ottawa 67's. Puck drop will be at 7 p.m.
