One person was arrested and charged following an alleged assault at a local Arran-Elderslie campground.
South Bruce OPP say that officers responded on August 29 to a report of a disturbance at the campground, which they did not name.
Officers arrived and determined through an investigation that the accused had assaulted another person. A 42-year-old from Chatsworth Township was arrested and charged with assault.
The accused was processed and later released from custody with a court date scheduled at the Ontario Court of Justice in Walkerton on October 28.
