On December 6, officers partnered with the Salvation Army Stratford and Valu-Mart in Mitchell to collect non-perishable food items to donate to those in need.
Officers collected 671 pounds in non-perishable food donations as well as $558.50 in cash.
All the food and money raised will be supporting the Salvation Army and local food banks during the holidays and beyond.
