The Hanover Harvest Market is back this fall, celebrating its fifth year with a full day of activities, entertainment, and local shopping in the heart of downtown.
Organizer Linda Fiddler says the market will take place on Saturday, September 27 from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. in Heritage Square.
"This year, we have 55 vendors taking part in our celebration. From 11:00 till 1:00, we have ten-year-old Blake Wilson singing," said Fiddler. "Then we have interactive line dancing with Rockin' Boots at 1:30."
People will find a variety of goods for sale, from local produce to handmade crafts.
"Kids can decorate a pumpkin for free and stop by Hanover's Curling club's food booth for their lunch options," added Fiddler
Fiddler encourages residents and visitors to explore the event as well as the rest of downtown and support local businesses.
The market will be open rain or shine. Organizers are also reminding residents to mark their calendars for Hanover’s upcoming Christmas Market, set for Saturday, December 6.
