Windsor police charged a 32-year-old with impaired driving after a two-vehicle crash in east Windsor Wednesday.
Officers were called to the intersection of Walker Road and Ducharme Street around 8 p.m. When they arrived, they learned one vehicle had collided with the other while stopped at a traffic light. Officers found one of the drivers unresponsive behind the wheel with the car still on.
Police report they found drug paraphernalia and suspected drug residue in the vehicle.
The 32-year-old was charged with impaired operation of a car, dangerous driving, driving while suspended, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and using a plate not authorized for a vehicle.
