Windsor-Essex Pride Parade set for Sunday on Ottawa Street

Ottawa Street will close between Argyle Road and Langlois Avenue on Sunday morning for the annual Windsor-Essex Pride Parade.

Thousands of people are expected to take part again this year.

The road closure on Ottawa Street starts at 10:40 a.m., although a stretch of the road between Monmouth Road and Argyle will close at 9 a.m. for parade setup.

The parade itself starts at 11 a.m., and Ottawa Street will reopen at 1 p.m.

After the parade, Windsor-Essex Pride invites everyone to Lanspeary Park. A total of 75 vendors will be there from noon until 6 p.m.
