Wanted man back behind bars

A wanted federal offender known to frequent Sarnia has been apprehended.

Ontario Provincial Police issued a Canada Wide Warrant for Randall Toole for allegedly breaching his day parole on November 3.

OPP said the 48-year-old man was located and arrested by the Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad (ROPE) in Brantford.

Toole is serving seven years and one month for possession of a schedule one and two substance for the purpose of trafficking and failing to comply with order.

The OPP is thanking the public for their help in the investigation.
