The second floor of the Bruce County Public Library's (BCPL) Kincardine Branch will be closed for a month as part of planned renovations.
BCPL announced this week the space will "undergo a refresh" from October 20 to November 30. The project includes new flooring, shelving, paint, and furniture to make the second floor more welcoming.
During this period, Adult and Young Adult collections will be temporarily unavailable.
All services and collections located on the main floor of the Branch will remain available while work is completed, and regular library operations will continue.
BCPL said it appreciates the public's patience while these improvements are completed and looks forward to welcoming visitors back to the refreshed second floor later this fall.
Patrons can always access the digital library, or other branches as well.
