The outages began Thursday morning, and as of 11:30 a.m., affected roughly 15,000 customers.
It's not known what caused the outages, or what time power will be restored. Hyrdo One says it has dispatched crews to investigate the cause and work on restoration.
Corn, Soybeans and Wheat all finished mostly steady.
