According to Huron Perth Public Health's Inspection team, a no-swim advisory has been issued for Ashfield Park, Goderich Main, Bayfield Pier, Pavilion Road, and Port Blake beaches.
Water samples taken Wednesday showed higher than acceptable levels of E.coli.
Resampling will take place Friday, with updated results posted on Saturday.
The advisory will remain in effect until two consecutive satisfactory water results are obtained.
