Almost every beach in Huron County is safe for swimming, according to the latest testing from Huron Perth Public Health (HPPH) Inspection team.
This came after all of the 13 beaches tested earlier this week showed higher than acceptable bacteria levels.
The latest report, which used samples from Friday, deemed all beaches suitable to swim, other than Goderich Main Beach.
Amberley, Ashfield, Port Albert, Sunset, St. Christopher's, Rotary Cove, Blacks Point, Pavilion Road, Hay, Port Blake, Bayfield Pier, and Howard Street beaches now have acceptable bacterial results, and HPPH reported the water is suitable for swimming.
