The downed lines were on Ninth Avenue between 13th Street and 14th Street, and 14th Street between 10th Avenue and Eighth Avenue.
Westario said the disruption was caused by a downed tree.
Hanover Police Chief Chris Knoll reported that the lines were on fire when crews first arrived on scene.
