Bruce County hosting household hazardous waste drop-off in Paisley

Bruce County is hosting another household hazardous waste drop-off event on Saturday in Paisley.

The event will run at the Paisley Bruce County Yard at 94 Bruce Road 2 in Paisley from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Bruce County’s Household Hazardous Waste events provide a convenient and environmentally responsible way to dispose of common items, such as:

  • Paints and stains

  • Aerosols and solvents

  • Propane tanks

  • Fuel

  • Used oil and oil filters

  • Batteries and antifreeze

  • Household cleaners

  • Fluorescent lights

  • Fertilizers and pesticides

  • Pool chemicals

  • Pharmaceuticals

  • Fire extinguishers

Please not that things like commercial, industrial, agricultural waste, PCB materials, ammunition and flares are not accepted.
