Owen Sound is giving drivers a heads-up about the second phase of a road reconstruction project set to begin next week.
Starting Monday, work will begin on 9th Avenue East (Highway 6) between 6th Street East and Superior Street. The construction will see Superior Street at 9th Avenue East closed, as well as lane closures through the area.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time to navigate the road work and be mindful of construction crews on site.
According to the city, the reconstruction project is expected to be completed by the fall.
