OPP issue shelter in place in Sauble Falls

The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is asking residents in Sauble Falls to shelter in place.

People in the area of Rankin Bridge Road are asked to stay inside with doors and windows locked.

People are also asked not to pick up hitchhikers, close their curtains and blinds, and if they are currently driving, to go directly to their destination and lock the doors.

There is an increased police presence in the area, which OPP advise will remain as they investigate.

Police say further updates will come.
