The Hanover Market in the Square Christmas Market offers shoppers the chance to support local creators while checking off holiday shopping lists.
Organiser Linda Fiddler announced that the Market in the Square will take place on December 6 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Fiddler added that the downtown event is full of seasonal fun.
"Story reading with Mrs. Claus, sponsored by Meridian Credit Union, visits with Santa, horse and wagon rides, free hot chocolate and hot apple cider," she added. "Stop by Beaver Tails for some tasty pastries. Caricature drawings by Meg and shop for handmade gifts, baked goods and seasonal treasures from local talented vendors. Also, enter our draw for a chance to win a Christmas dinner gift basket."
This year’s market takes place outdoors at Heritage Square and indoors at St. Matthew’s Evangelical Lutheran Church
