Grey Bruce OPP arrested and charged one person after windows were damaged at two local businesses in Markdale.
According to police, on September 13 at 3:30 p.m., officers responded to reports of a disturbance and property damage near Main Street West in Markdale.
Officers were told a person was causing a disturbance and had caused damage to windows at a pair of downtown businesses.
Police arrived and arrested the individual without incident. A 31-year-old of no fixed address has been charged with two counts of mischief under $5,000 and failing to comply with probation.
The accused was held for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound on September 15 and was remanded into custody.
