It happened around 6:50 a.m. on Sunday, just outside of Wheatley.
Ontario Provincial Police didn't say how many vehicles were involved or if anyone was hurt.
Along with multiple impaired driving charges, the man was also charged with driving while using a cellphone and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.
His vehicle was impounded for a week, and his licence has been suspended for 90 days.
