The St. Clair Catholic District School Board will hold summer registration events across Lambton-Kent over the coming weeks.
Manager of Planning and School Business Support Services George Desousa said the board wants families to feel confident and prepared for the start of the school year.
“These events allow families to ask questions, complete registration, and get ready for September," Desousa said in a statement. "It also helps to limit reorganizing classrooms after the first day so our students can get settled and focus on having a great start to the school year.”
In Sarnia, registration events will be held on Tuesday, August 11 and Thursday, August 20 at Holy Trinity Catholic School.
Registration events will also be held on Wednesday, August 12 at the Catholic Education Centre in Wallaceburg (on Creek Street); and on Thursday, August 13 and Tuesday, August 18 at St. Angela Merici Catholic School in Chatham.
All events will be held from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.
Walk-ins are welcome, however, the school board recommends registering online in advance.
