A Chatham man is facing an assault charge after an argument left a 61-year-old injured.
Chatham-Kent police were called to an Edgar Street address shortly before 11 a.m. on Thursday for the report of an assault.
When officers arrived, police said they found the victim suffering from minor injuries, though medical services weren't required.
Investigators determined that the man was hurt when he was pushed from behind by the 32-year-old suspect.
The younger man was arrested and charged. He's since been released from police custody with conditions and a future court date.
