Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have arrested a Wheatley resident after a raid early Friday.
Members of the Essex County OPP Street Crime Unit and the West Region OPP Emergency Response Team executed a warrant at around 5 a.m.
Suspected cocaine was confiscated, along with Canadian and U.S. currency, and other items. The total value of the items was $5,000.
The 37-year-old is charged with cocaine possession with intent to sell, possession of criminal proceeds under $5,000, and breach of a release order.
The charges have not been proven in court.
The suspect was held for a bail hearing in a Windsor court.
